In between the many football games of the last several weeks, there has also been a bit of a Star Wars marathon....all 6 of them. Saturday night, was Empire Strikes Back. The really freaky thing, is that at one point, I heard and recognized a great "Yoda-ism".
After Yoda lifts Luke's X wing fighter out of the muck, Luke says "I don't believe it"
Yoda's response....
are ya ready?? .....
It's a good one!!......

HOLY CRAP! Something a bit on the profound side from Yoda!!??!! ....and the fact that I'm mentioning it, and even attempting to quote it is downright bizarre. Kind of a bit Zen to be coming from a puppet, huh? So wise, I just had to share!
Tonight we did breathing squats - 5 sets of 20. Last time we did these, I didn't do so well - much worse than the time before. This time, I came prepared with my Yoda-ism, so, I was gonna do better.
set 1 - 95
set 2 - 105
set 3 - 115
set 4 - 120
set 5 - 125
These suckers really do kind of suck - especially the last 10. I got through them pretty well, and am happy with it. I don't feel quite as woogly-legged as I did the time I did best on these, so now I wonder if I could have gone higher....OY! What has become of me!!
